  • SUBMIT A TICKET
    Experiencing an issue with your shop? Have a question & need admin assistance with something?
    Submit a ticket through our Flamingo Market Help Desk! https://flamingomarket.raiseaticket.com/

    This will help us ensure we receive your questions in 1 organized centralized spot, and are instantly notified *separately* from the many emails that come through daily
    from customers/media inquiries/sign-up inquires/orders processing/ etc. 

    You can also email your tickets to: [email protected] and a ticket will be automatically created in our Help Desk.
    When you receive our responses by email, you can reply directly through your email OR by logging into your help desk account (created by you through the link above)
  • VENDOR FEES - How much is the Vendor Fee for Flamingo Market's Online Marketplace?
    Our Vendor Fee for our Online Marketplace is $35/month, or PWYC*

    We also have Connector apps available as paid add-ons, which will allow you to connect to your pre-existing Etsy ($5/month), Shopify ($7.50/month), Square ($5/month), or
    WooCommerce ($7.50/month)
    store. These connections allow us to upload products to your shop on the marketplace & sync your inventory - when you make a sale on our
    marketplace, the inventory count on your external site will also update; and vice versa when you make a sale on your external site your inventory on our site will update as well!

    WE ALWAYS HAVE PWYC SPACES AVAILABLE for any vendor who wants to take part in Flamingo Market's Online Marketplace, but for whom finances would be a barrier to
    access. Our focus is on creating opportunities; and we never want finances to be a barrier in our community.

    In our efforts to help our community get through the financial hardships brought on by COVID19 -  We have Sliding Scale/PWYC Vendors Spaces available to those who need them! Flamingo Market is a community, we’re here to 
    help create opportunities, and believe that finances should not be an access-barrier.


    INTRODUCING OUR NEW SLIDING SCALE VENDOR FEES:
    - NO Flat Rate Monthly Vendor Fee
    2 Sliding Scale options available:
    - 5% or 10% Commission Paid on all sales through Flamingo Market Online Marketplace (Vendors choice)


    What does Sliding Scale/PWYC mean? 
    PWYC stands for "Pay-What-You-Can", and it means exactly that - You can pay a rate that is comfortable for where you're currently at financially.
    Simply opt-in to either 1 of our "5% Commission" or "10% Commission" Sliding Scale Plans available - You will not be changed any flat-rate
    monthly vendor fees upfront and will instead pay either a 5% or 10% commission on all sales made through Flamingo Market's Online Markeplace 

    Sliding Scale/PWYC Vendor Spaces are available to New & Returning Vendors!
    - If you need access to a Sliding Scale/PWYC space for multiple months, we have you covered.
    - If you have used our Sliding Scale/PWYC rates in the past, that does not exempt you from using them again. Financial hardships don't just disappear in 30 days, we get
    that!
    - Please know you are NOT "taking a space from someone else" by requesting a Sliding Scale/PWYC - Our Online Marketplace can host an unlimited number of vendors, there
    is truly no such thing as taking a space from someone else here

  • GLAD DAY DROP-OFF PROTOCOL
    NEW DROP-OFF PROCEDURES FOR GLAD DAY BOOKSHOP
    In an effort to streamline our process when it comes to 1) Vendors dropping off Orders for Customer pick-up from GLAD DAY BOOKSHOP & 2) STOCK purchased for our
    Flamingo Market Shopping Zone in Glad Day - We have some new steps/protocols we're putting into place!

    **** IF YOU USE GLAD DAY AS A "STORE PICKUP LOCATION" , OR HAVE STOCK AVAILABLE AT GLAD DAY Please make sure to read this through!! ****
    These new protocols will help all of us keep things organized & ensure your customers are notified their orders are available for pickup at the correct times!

    Steps to prepare your orders for drop-off:
    1) 
    Label your parcel with its 4 digit ORDER NUMBER!
    We have many customers coming by for pick-ups, labelling your parcels with the 4 digit order number helps us guarantee your customers always receive their correct orders.
    You can include names as well; but the Order Number will ALWAYS be the first thing Glad Day staff will ask customers for.
    PLEASE NOTE: ANY parcels being dropped off WITHOUT Order Numbers noted on the outside *WILL NOT* be accepted & you will be asked to label your parcels in order for them
    to be accepted by Glad Day staff.

    2) ** DO NOT** MARK THESE ORDERS AS FULFILLED IN YOUR DASHBOARD YOURSELF!!! (more on this down the list!)

    3) BEFORE YOU COME TO GLAD DAY - PLEASE SUBMIT A LIST OF ORDER NUMBERS BEING DROPPED OFF HERE:

    4) After you have :
    - Labelled your parcels with order numbers
    - submitted our "Glad Day Drop-off" form, including the order numbers being dropped off
    THEN you can drop off your parcels at
    Glad Day Bookshop!

    HOURS: MONDAY - FRIDAY 11AM-5PM
    Facilitated by: Liila - Feel free to let Glad Day staff know when you arrive that you have "a Flamingo Market Delivery for Liila".

    PLEASE DO NOT mark these orders as fulfilled yourself
    Once your drop-offs have been accepts at Glad Day, they will place your orders in our Order Pickup space within the shop, and we will update the status for the received orders
    to reflect they have been fulfilled & are available for pickup at Glad Day Bookshop; this way we can guarantee that customers are notified at the appropriate time that their orders
    are available for pickup!

    Flamingo Market has a growing social media presence, we have a reach of nearly 7K on Instagram and 2.5K on Facebook! Want extra exposure through an individual paid

    Flamingo Market will curate the advertisement for you, and target it towards our community members and our large social media reach.
    Please note: Facebook + Instagram charge a minimum of $1.32 a day. The fee for Flamingo Market is 10% of the total cost - the rest of your funds will be put into your targeted
    paid advertisement.
